You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish any content to your WordPress sites and that it complies with the terms of any platform or service where it is published.
The Auto-Publisher WordPress plugin is provided as-is. By installing the plugin, you agree that:
The Platform enforces rate limits to ensure fair use for all users. Free plan users are limited to 10 articles per month. API generation is limited to 20 requests per hour per user. We reserve the right to adjust these limits.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or factual errors. Always review content before publishing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auto-Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $0 if you used the free plan).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Auto-Publisher and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
